Delete only your personal data (name, phone, BVN, NIN, etc.) while keeping the account structure for regulatory purposes.

Account deletion is irreversible. All your data will be permanently removed.
Any remaining wallet balance must be withdrawn before deletion.
Requests are processed within 30 days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your request is processed.
